I’ve always been involved in fitness, my journey started when I first rode a horse and from then I didn’t look back. Into my teenage years I turned to boxing and running, the extreme levels of fitness required showed me how capable my body was, but even more importantly how your mind and body must work as one to truly release your potential.

In June 2015 I was diagnosed with a medical condition called Endometriosis, which can cause varying symptoms from woman to woman. Since my diagnosis I’ve researched various treatments and methods, but what really resonated with me is nutrition. I’ve always eaten a relatively healthy diet, but I decided to play around with different ingredients and focus more on whole, fresh foods. Fast forward to the present day, and I’ve been astounded by the role nutrition has played in managing my symptoms.

Fitness too plays a huge part in the cycle of Endometriosis, and keeping myself fit and active was a large part of the drive that pushed me to personal training. So in 2015 I decided to turn my passion into a career, and qualified as a personal trainer, and haven’t looked back.

I want to share my passion with you, and you’re in the right place. This blog is my area, to share posts on recipes, travel, fitness and everything that encompasses me. I hope you love it as much as I do!
