What do I do?
The nature of my job can lead me in a variety of directions, which is what I love about it. I work with private clients, run weekly boxing classes, and have just started up a weekly run club. I work closely with the community around me, which has led to me running strength and conditioning classes for a ladies running and rugby club. I’m also a brand ambassador for Reigate Sweaty Betty.
What do I stand for?
Whilst I follow a life focused around health and fitness, taking care of the world around me is something I’ve been sharing with others. I follow a prominently plant based diet, and have been taking steps to live a more sustainable lifestyle.
How to I maintain a healthy lifestyle?
Find your tribe, and everything will fall into place. This sounds like a magic cure, but in the past year I’ve noticed the difference in individuals who’ve found others to exercise with. Exercise doesn’t become a chore, it’s a way of life. If you spend your whole life chasing weight loss, it can be a lonely road. Find a sport you love, and grab it with both hands!
