This week I headed to London for a day of sweat, food and laughter with a girlfriend of mine. And seen as I’ve been going to London a lot recently, specifically for classes and Vegan feasts (the Vegan move hasn’t quite hit my local town yet). 1Rebel, Rumble Class
The first stop was a workout, and this time we headed to 1Rebel for a boxing class. I used to box three times every week, so to say I miss it would be a huge understatement. It’s a 45 minute class, which is split into different rounds focusing on the elements of boxing. Our instructor was LJ, who was fantastic. You can check her our here!
The vegan wave hasn’t fully hit Reigate, where I’m based. So heading to London and feasting on all the free from treats is always welcome, and this visit didn’t disappoint. Our first food spot was CookDaily, where we tucked into a Tofu noodle bowl and spring rolls, which I’ve not had in about three years! It was so delicious, but also very filling. If you’re anything like me, you like to finish what’s on your plate so make sure you’re feeling hungry as they don’t scrimp on the portion sizes!
I used to be the queen of baking cakes, and I’m ashamed to say I’ve not been out for cake and coffee since I went vegan. Seriously, what have I been doing? The both of us shared two different cakes, Peanut butter and coffee & walnut. I don’t really need to say anything other than, get yourself there right this second!
