My vegan Supperclub At Cullenders

Nutrition is a huge part of what I do, and who I am which is why I decided to host my very own Supperclub. As you might (or might not) know, I follow a largely plant based diet both for environmental and ethical reasons. There’s so much negativity that surrounds food, and I really don’t believe it needs to be there. Whatever diet you follow, there’s always room for more colour. This is why I decided to keep it plant based, to introduce new foods to those who might not usually eat this way. Cooking for people who are mostly meat eaters, and having them say they’re now keen to add more plant-based eating into their diet is all I could ask for. 

It was exciting but also slightly nerve racking as there was just so much to organise, but I can’t tell you how much I loved the whole night. I believe eating isn’t just about the food, it’s sharing experiences with one another. Seating everyone together encouraged people to chat, and make connections they might not have otherwise. The wonderful Katie, from La coco Noire photographed the evening for me so I now have the opportunity to share the night with you.
