What is online personal training all about? And how is it different to training in person?

With me as your online coach, it’s like having a pocket personal trainer! Working together on a 1-2-1 basis, I will help you to create an exercise regime that fits around you and your life. Regardless of where you are in the world, I can help you to reach your goals and push your body to its full potential.

What’s my style of training?

I am extremely passionate about good form – which is important for reducing injury long-term!
I’ll show you how to push your body, in a safe and structured way
Combining weight and cardiovascular training, I will educate you on how you can transform your body and fitness

“I started with Olivia 10 weeks ago when I began training for my upcoming Everest base camp trek. I was a little unsure of starting 1-2-1 training as I felt very unfit at the time. Olivia’s sessions have been a good mix of cardio and strength training. Each time we have done something different which is great as the variety keeps it fun and motivating. Throughout the 10 week plan Olivia created for me, she has introduced me to new, positive ways of training. At first, I was unsure of using weights however these varied techniques have really made an impact on the way I think about fitness. The sessions are a challenging enough that I feel as though I’m pushing myself, but not so tough that I feel unmotivated as if I can’t do it. Since we began the training plan my weight hasn’t dropped significantly – which is what I originally wanted. This, however, has been really positive. This has been really motivating as I can now see that not only do I feel fitter and stronger, but my body has changed and toned as well. A great aspect of Olivia’s support is the ongoing nutrition advice and take home tips, these have helped me to make fitness a lifestyle choice, not a temporary diet. I’m feeling fitter, stronger, healthier and much more comfortable in my clothes – which does wonders for the confidence. Not only do I feel Everest ready, I feel beach ready – priorities ladies!
