Consistency can be the toughest part of exercising, but you don’t need to make these changes alone. I work with private clients during personal training sessions, I also run a weekly run club every Wednesday. When you find your love for moving and your tribe to move with, everything else falls into place. In no longer becomes a chore, it’s just part of who you are!
