  • Get your fitness back on track with a personalised four-week programme, ongoing.
  • Reviewed and updated on a monthly basis.
  • Initial phone consultation to discuss previous training, injury history, current and future goals.
  • Monthly video call and weekly form review, via video.

POWER Package

£100 / month

  • Personalised four-week programme, ongoing. Reviewed and updated on a monthly basis.
  • Initial phone consultation to discuss previous training, injury history, current and future goals.
  • Monthly video call and weekly form review, via video.
  • Unlimited email/WhatsApp support (8am – 8pm, Mon-Sat).
